This section presents a progression of efforts aimed at crafting
and bringing to fruition an integrated research framework on human
role in Reindeer/Caribou systems. The events are listed in reverse
chronological order.
Minary Workshop in Progress

The meeting that
focused on more technical aspects of organizing integrated research
efforts by allowing the main participants of past forums to meet and
discuss the specifics of the research efforts in their respective
countries and situations. The workshop was held in February 2001,
at the Minary Conference center near Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH,
USA.
The Research Plan of the Human Role in Reindeer/Caribou Systems outlines and summarizes the key problems and challenges in organizing a concerted effort at understanding the Rangifer Systems. The Research Plan appeared as a journal article in the journal Polar Research.
